Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Refunds:

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Perishable goods or items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons are non-returnable.
